Shared bath. I cook a lot but the kitchen is available for light personal cooking when you staying here.

The room is furnished with a comfortable bed. There is a TV streaming internet and cable tv. Your own fridge.
It’s not a hotel but you are living with locals in the way they live. Honest , safe, serious person wanted.
There is heat from the building and also ac it for the summer heat. Extra 40 charge during the summer if ac always on. Hot water from the building and gas usage included.
Friendly and clean environment. Easy going and respectful host. Respect people arod you and the space you rent. Weekly cleaning is included. Just do your part in keeping your area and what you are using clean after.
You will need your own mailbox as an identified stranger living with me. The post office is a block away.
The room is near the 147th and St Nick’s ( A,B,C,D) Trains and 101, 100 bus on Amsterdam, a block away block are the M4, & M5 buses right across. The BX19 is also near.
