I am the first to live in the apartment in just less than a year. Premium fixtures and amazing corner views facing north on 10th Avenue. Brand new premium appliances (gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker and water filter, Bosch washer and dryer).
This will be papered as a lease assignment for current lease which is through October 26, 2026 however can be renewed after directly with the building. The process is easy – just need to get approved by the building with a $20 application fee and the lease will be legally assigned over to you.
$1000 security deposit (assuming lessee is approved on over 700 credit). I will transfer the deposit to assignee so you would move in with no deposit. If do not qualify for reduced security deposit, then it is one month’s rent.
NO PET FEES – very pet friendly and has a dog spa amenity.
Rooftop, terrace, common rooms/dining areas, gym. Amenities/gym is extra $80 per month but is optional (so can remove).
The rental rent that you will inherit is $5,575. No additional fees on top of this except for electric utilities which are added to your bill based on your odometer reading.
