Looking for a roommate to fill a vacant bedroom in a 2BR Flat/ Duplex. Ideal for someone looking for a short term stays.

03/01/2025 move in date and willing to stay at least 5 months or more. Lease is up on July 31 but open for renewal if you are open to getting on a lease.
Apartment is 2mins from L/M trains.
Food bazaar, Starbucks, Dkin’ Donuts, KFC, McDonalds arod the corner and plenty restaurants /Delis
Planet fitness 2mins away , Blink/Evolve 10mins away.
Utilities split between roommates and it’s not more than $150 a month.
Room comes with a day twin bed(if needed, it’s not the one in picture) and nothing else.

Requirements are;
1. Just be clean/tidy (clean up after yourself in common spaces).
2. Have a job/ proof of income.
3. Good credit
4. LGBTQIA & POC friendly
5. Room has no window because it’s downstairs. The common living area upstairs has two windows for a great natural light.
