Utilities split between roommates and it’s not more than $150 a month.
Room comes with a day twin bed(if needed, it’s not the one in picture) and nothing else.
Requirements are;
1. Just be clean/tidy (clean up after yourself in common spaces).
2. Have a job/ proof of income.
3. Good credit
4. LGBTQIA & POC friendly
5. Room has no window because it’s downstairs. The common living area upstairs has two windows for a great natural light.
