Hi ! I’m 28 years old and need to relocate to New York (specifically closest to Midtown Manhattan) for a job. I’m looking for a room to rent or even a couch surf situation short term. I’m a hospitality professional and would be working full time. I am talkative and outgoing once I get comfortable with people but also keep to myself for the most part. I am willing to exchange housekeeping/cooking/personal assistant work in exchange for a room as well ! My budget for a room is $500-1000k. I have very minimal belongings (clothes and toiletries) and I would be out of the house most of the day. I am comfortable with pets, LGBTQ friendly, and very flexible and easy going.
