Need part time flex room/share/housing/temp in NYC.
I’m 23, wm, str8. Clean backgrod. 750+ Credit Score. Valid NYS-Real-ID
No paystubs, steady income. Self employed. From Upstate (Syracuse).
Open to private room, room share, flex room setup, couch, office, basement? Don’t care if it’s a decent deal.
Open and non judgmental to roommates different lifestyles, lgbt ok etc.
Animal lover but I don’t have any to bring.
No drivers license so somewhere walkable or decently easy to get arod and semi safe.
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx?
Don’t care for Jersey, Staten Island, Long island or Upstate I already live there (Syracuse)!
But let me hear it if its a deal.
Preference for quick commute to Manhattan but open to bit farther out.
Daily, weekly, monthly cash, PayPal etc and or also handyman, cleaning, housekeeping, personal assistance, admin work or more for barter etc. Very capable of a lot, you won’t be disappointed.
Stays would range from a couple days up to few weeks at a time and then gone for days or weeks or longer, month?
My situation is flexible. City for $$$/Temp work/Gigs.

If I can’t afford it for some reason, I just go back home to Upstate (Syracuse) with my emergency fd, could never comfortably sleep in someone’s house when I haven’t paid them. Give me a day or 2 heads up and refd any remainder and I leave too, if that’s the agreement.
I don’t need the NYC address or mail there or anything like that. Just a place or places to lay my head on and off or more long term. Common areas, kitchen, private bathroom all good but not requirements.
Will sign contracts if needed.
