Rates for one person:
Full Month: $2650 included utilities (1st and 1 month security rent due at signing)
Week: $840 week (plus security deposit)
Daily/Nightly: $125 a night (2 night minimum plus security deposit) – additional person – $75 a night
Note: The apt is now available month to month or short-term rentals. Therefore it is the perfect place if you are new to NYC or in between apartments or need a place in NYC to hang your hat while you find a permanent spot. Looking to be in the heart of New York City
