Hello future friend and tenant!

There is an apartment available with your name on it. It is located in midtown(my part of town!). We are walking distance too multiple coffee establishments, ramen, tacos and the wig shop.
I’m not really sure if there is anything else worth mentioning … Yet, there is so much more to Kingston than food and wigs. And, you will be in the middle of all of it.
About the apartment itself:
It is nestled on the second floor and has a small view of the Catskills from the living room . There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The master bedroom is nearly twice the size of the other bedroom. A dining and living room of course. The light is quite inviting and it even has a tiny porch! There is access to the backyard of which you are invited to enjoy and do some gardening if that is your kind of joy.
The rent is $1900 for the month. With a deposit of the same amot. You would be responsible for the electric. The heat is iversal to the entire house. Depending on your bandwidth needs, we may extend the WiFi service to your apt. You will have your own washer and dryer in the basement. As for parking, our street has a lot of parking and is not metered.
As far as pets go. All gold fish and gerbils are welcome. Upon a deeper conversation, we will likely be open to a cat and/or dog. Which will require an additional deposit.

The apartment is available for a Nov 1st. Move in. We are excited to meet you and hope to hear from you soon!
