The second bedroom of my 1BR/1BA Message here apartment will be available for a great roommate on or arod September 15. The building is in a quiet, highly desirable area within walking distance to Cedars Sinai, Beverly Center, Melrose shops, bars, Improv comedy club, and many more. Amenities include a pool with loge area, 24 hour ladry room, balcony, large living and dining area, dishwasher, and a non-tandem secured garage parking space. Some downsides are there isn’t much of a view, there isn’t much available storage space, the bathroom is private but not en suite, and the room does not have its own AC it (you will need to provide one if desired).
