Looking to sublet my furnished 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment from 3/10 to 3/21 (possibly available as early as 3/7). Full size bed plus a spare full size trifold foam guest mattress, so it can sleep up to 4. Apartment has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a recently updated kitchen and bathroom. Also a private outdoor space (although it’s usually pretty cold this time of year – but maybe you’ll get lucky with some warm spring days!). Very quiet apartment, located in the rear of the building.
