I’m looking to sublet/rent out my bedroom in central bedford-stuyvesant! it’s a newly renovated apartment on Nostrand and Madison in bed-stuy. I absolutely LOVE this place! it’s got a gorgeous common space with stning exposed brick, 3BR/2BA so you’d have your own bathroom :O for $1310 which is an amazing deal!! i’m looking for a subletter from mid-May to 7/31. willing to do a shorter term rental if that’s your preference, or happy to talk about potential lease takeover after 7/31!
What you’ll get:
– Big Room (can fit a full bed, dresser AND desk, with tons of overhead storage)
– PRIVATE BATHROOM :0
– rooftop access !!!!
– Washer + dryer AND Dishwasher :oo
– Central heat and AC
– Rooftop access!!!
– Subway: right between the A/C and G (9mins to Nostrand A/C, and 10mins to Bedford-Nostrand G) – it takes me 35-45mins to get to midtown manhattan for work, 20mins to Williamsburg, 25min to Park Slope
– access to B52, B44, B44-SBS, B26, and B38 – super easy access to downtown bk, fort greene, williamsburg, bushwick, and flatbush!
– 4mins from the Y gym, 7 mins from Herbert von King park
– 35min walk to Fort Greene Park and 40min walk to Prospect Park (one of my favourite things to do esp in the spring!!!
– lots of grocery stores, CUTE cafes and bars in the area
– two AMAZING, super f, extremely kind roommates who i love !!!
– $1310/month not including utilities (gas, electric and wifi).
I’ve lived here for nearly two years! neighbours are super lovely. your roommates are the BEST. preference for womxn identifying in their yog 20s. this is a queer-friendly and respectful space. please reach out if you’re interested and might be a good fit!

Sublet can start anytime in May, lease ends 7/31, prorated. There’s potential for lease takeover if you’re interested.
