WE ARE THE OWNERS OF THIS TIMESHARE AND ARE RENTING ONLY directly to the person staying in the Villa. We have been renting out our own extra its for 15 years. We have repeat renters who call us every year before we even advertise.
This rental is located at the MARRIOTT OCEANWATCH VILLAS in the beautiful Grand Des section of Myrtle Beach. We have 1 WEEK AVAILABLE FOR RENT in 2025 – It starts Saturday July 19th for 7 nights. The price is now reduced to $2500.00 .
There are NO additional service fees or resort fees. This is a Garden View Villa. Regardless of where your Villa is located, you have use of every inch of this Beautiful Huge Resort. There is no other like it along the coastline in Myrtle Beach. There are numerous pools to choose from, daily activities for children and adults, direct private access to the beach, private free parking, and free internet service.
If you agree to rent we will add your name to the reservation and will email you proof of your name on the confirmation BEFORE you send us any money. We do use a contract that protects us both which you will have to sign, notarize and return with your rental fee. Since this is so close to the check in date, we can’t accept checks and will only use Zelle. We have a strict NO Cancellation policy once full payment is made.
This is a guaranteed Garden View Villa. You will be in one of two buildings either Maple or Pine and be located on floors 1 through 8. Some of those floors do have ocean views but it varies and Marriott assigns the rooms several days before check in. Owners do not have any control over this except to make a request for a high or lower floor and that request can not be guaranteed. These two buildings are in the Woodsy Section of the property with shade trees available if you prefer. Of course you still have plenty of access to s and to all the pools on the entire property including the newest one called the Serenity Pool which is salt water. All pools are heated including the indoor pool available in our fitness center which has showers, lockers, saa and a steam room. There is also our private direct access to the beautiful beach.
This resort has so much to offer and its all included in the price. The resort is always clean, always providing entertainment for both adults and the children, and they strive to make your stay enjoyable. It is a pleasure staying in a Villa that is like an apartment with 2 very large bedrooms and a kitchen, dining room and living room and 2 bathrooms for the entire week. The grods and many pools are simply beautiful and of course direct access to the beach with lifeguards provided by the city of Myrtle Beach.
A credit card will be required by Marriott when checking in to cover food or drinks you may purchase and/or any damages. Parking is free for up to two vehicles per villa because you are renting from an owner and not directly from Marriott. There is free internet access. Absolutely no smoking on the property except in designated areas. Smoking in a Villa or balcony will incur high cleaning fees to you. Absolutely No pets allowed, except legal service animals, and penalty cleaning fees will be applied as well as requiring you to remove the dog.
