Stning Pines poolhouse features large bedroom with queen-size bed, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with gas cook-top, convection oven, 36″ french-door fridge, dishwasher, multi-pure water filter, Cuisinart food processor, Cuisinart Grind n Brew coffee maker, blender, toaster, dining/living room faces kitchen with seating for 4, full-size pull-out Carlyle convertible (full-size is 6″ narrower than queen-size), curtained windows and doors, ac, heat in all rooms, full bath with spacious glass-block shower that easily accommodates two, indoor ladry. Weeks r from Wednesdays at 2PM to the following Wednesday morning at 10:30. Available weeks July 9, August 13, and 20. Housekeeping, pool and utility costs are included. We prefer to have no more than 2 people in the poolhouse, but if you have to have guests for a night or two (not on Fridays or Saturdays though), there is a $150 surcharge for a 3rd and $150 for a 4th for however many nights they are staying. Take note: this is a vacation destination for adults only. The poolhouse is the first floor of a 3-story house: The second and third floors house a share for 7-8 gay men, who fully enjoy their freedom.
