THIS IS FOR A ROOM INSIDE A 4 BEDROOM / 2 BATHROOM APARTMENT! NOT FOR THE ENTIRE APT.

We are seeking a masters/phd student or a temporary intern – someone nice and clean who pays the rent on time. No couples. Non-smoker. No pets. We are three roommates, fully vaccinated (1 girl, 2 guys) that currently share this modern space: a filmaking student, an IT professional, and a science lab tech. We are looking for a fourth person to join our group (FEMALE PREFERRED).
We have a 4 bedroom apartment, with 2 very large bathrooms, elevator building, located in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood, just one block away from Riverbank State Park, the #1 train, many bus lines (M11, M100/M101, M4/M5). You will have a Washer/Dryer INSIDE the it. All utilities (electric, gas, heat, hot water, internet/wifi) are included in the monthly rent.
The spacious room has a private door with lock and is fully furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, work desk, chair, and spacious closet. Has just been freshly painted and renovated. It will be available starting September 1, 2025 — a few days earlier is also an option. Long term sublet til August 31, 2026, with the option to extend for another year afterwards.
We can do video viewings on Monday/Wednesday/Friday between 11 AM and 4 PM. Saturdays anytime are also doable.
NOTE: We experience some music/bass from outside on the weekend nights (Friday thru Sday).
