Beautiful light-filled cottage in Ulster Park, just south of Kingston’s Rondout district. It is less than 10 miles to New Paltz, 15 miles to Bard College and about a two hour drive to NYC. The space is approximately 700 sq feet with the living room and bedroom having 14 ft cathedral ceilings, skylights and exposed wooden beams, giving a sense of a larger space. The bedroom opens up to a nice, small porch/deck.There is a nice modern kitchen and bathroom with tub and shower and a combination washer and dryer. There are lots of windows, with the kitchen, living room and bedroom all having glass doors to the outside. The cottage has it’s own yard and shares the 2 acre property with the owners who are both actively involved in the arts and education. The cottage has parking for two cars if necessary. We are looking to find someone we enjoy as a neighbor. We don’t want to be up in your business and vice versa, either, but friendly interactions are greatly appreciated. There is room for a nice garden and different places to sit and enjoy the land.
