We are looking to rent a bedroom in a Bushwick loft. The room comes with a desk and a bed frame. We are looking for someone to stay for at least 6 months. It is important to us that the apartment is a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
We are 2 blocks away from the Morgan L, and a 7 min walk from the Flushing JMZ. We are near Roberta’s Pizza, a sushi place, several organic grocery stores, bars, cafes and a gym. Pretty darn convenient, safe and f.
The apartment itself is a beautiful corner it on the third floor in a loft building. Nice bathroom with a great shower, hot water and good pressure. Full kitchen, huge windows, big living room, roof access with an insane Manhattan view, ladry in basement, commal bike storage onsite. no elevator fortately. The room is about 8×11 with 1 huge window and an 11 by 2.5 foot storage loft. Tons of storage space! Super cute!
Your 2 potential roommates are mixed gender ages 39 and 33. We are queer leaning and would like to keep it that way. We work as a theatre technician and a hair colorist. I also have a very adorable and very friendly cat named Spyro. He likes chin scratches and gravy.
Rent is $850 a month + utilities, which range between $50-$200 depending on the time of year. We would like a security deposit and first month’s rent totaling $1700 upfront.
We are looking for someone respectful, tidy and thoughtful in our age range. No couples. No parties. No cigarette smoke. No additional pets.
