I am moving out of my current room very soon as i will be living with my girlfriend in the near future.
My current roommates (2, Hutch, 25, and Conner, 29) and I are looking for someone to replace me in my room in a 3bd, 3br apartment.
My room is big enough for me to currently have a queen bed, standing desk, dresser, closet and a few others things, so it should be big enough for really any layout you’d like.
I also have my own bathroom outside the room, fairly big and the only one with a bathtub in the apartment.
Hutch has been living here for going on two years, and Conner just moved in at the start of 2025, as our previous roommate also moved in with his partner.
They both enjoy sports, socializing, good food and a rave here and there, both professionals, and also well traveled.
The lease is a 12 month lease, beginning on 6/1, rning through 4/30 of the next year. There is even a large chance that we renew the lease at the end of this coming year, due to the close proximity to many bars, restaurants, events, along with Manhattan. In addition, the price and amenities included in this apartment are few and far between in this location.
