Looking for a modern style room. Preferably in a luxury style building. Minimalist, Furnished, Ladry in it, central air conditioning, gym access (but not a must). I really love open windows and s exposure. Pretty much in any part of Manhattan, Harlem, or Brooklyn. I am a writer looking to have a quiet space to finish my novel for publishing. 6 MONTHS to a year or longer. I am also a creative and poetic. I do a little bit of content creation for a meditation Youtube channel. I enjoy peace and solitude, with simple pleasures. Very kind, quiet, super neat, and to myself. I am kinda hopeful this post will find the right person for the next stage in my journey. Look forward to meeting my new roommate.
