Looking for a gay roommate to share my win 2-bedroom apartment.
About the apartment:
Located in Midtown West, the apartment is a short walk from Times Square, Herald Square, and Hudson Yards. There’re many grocery stores (including Target, Whole Foods, and many old-school types), as well as fast-casual restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a gym right across the street and plenty of others a few blocks away if you want to get your fitness on.
The bedroom you’ll be staying in is a room with two windows overlooking the street. The room is furnished with a single-sized bed, dresser, desk, and A/C. You’ll also have a big closet space.
The only drawback is it’s on the fifth floor, and it has a railroad-style layout for access to the bathroom. To be clear, the layout of the apartment is My Bedroom > Kitchen/Dining > Your Bedroom > Bathroom.
If it makes you feel any better, I’ve never had any issues with it with my previous roommates.
About me:
Late-thirties gay male professional. Friendly and sociable, but also pretty low-key, but quite a germaphobe. Somewhat frugal, and like to keep the apartment very clean and quiet. Also a huge TV nerd, foodie, and enjoy a good circuit party (always sober though – drugs and alcohol aren’t my scene!).
About you:
To move in, you need to be someone who doesn’t mind the occasionally limited privacy due to the stupid layout of the apartment (read above). I’m looking for another gay guy arod my age. Someone who’s mature, super considerate with cleanliness, hygiene, and respectful about each other, among other things. Ideally, someone who can stay long-term and develop a good friendship. Clothing-optional/nude-friendly is also a plus but not a deal-breaker. No smoking, no pets, and no couples, fortately. Bonus points if you’re willing to share your streaming accots.
If you feel this may work for you, please send me some links to your social media profiles and tell me about yourself and when you’re looking to move. Please include “I’ve read everything and I’m interested in the Railroad Apartment!” in the text so that I know you’re serious and not a robot (though robots are definitely rad). I’ll respond only to strong candidates.
