Looking for 1 roommate for a gorgeous little 3 bed 2 bath house near downtown San Diego. Recently remodeled home with ceiling fans in each room, wood flooring throughout home, tiled bathroom, upgraded kitchen, ladry it in home, backyard.

I am female nurse looking for responsible and mature roommates with good references.
The room will be $1125 plus $900 deposit. This includes all utilities as well as cable and internet. The available room is furnished. Rest of the home is furnished.
Room will have a shared bathroom with another female roommate.
No drugs or smoking of any sort will be allowed.
Solid references and solid work history a must. Deposit due immediately upon agreement to move in to reserve the room and first months rent due upon move-in. Rent will be prorated for the first month.
Available now for move in. Rent for this month will be prorated depending on move in date.
I do have a Chorkie (Chihuahua yorkie mix) but would prefer no other pets.
Also looking for a single roommate and not a couple or family
