Actor + Chill Dog Looking for a Room ($700–$850)

Hi! I’m Rasha, an actor based in NYC, looking for a room in the $700–$850 range. I live with Maxim, my 1.5-year-old Boerboel Mastiff—he’s a big, gentle guy who’s great in shared spaces and super friendly.
I’m responsible, clean, and easygoing. I spend a lot of time focused on my work and with my dog, so I’m looking for a relaxed, respectful home where everyone can feel comfortable. Pet-friendly is a must (or at least dog-tolerant).
