I’m renting out the spare room in my 3 bedroom apartment and it’s available NOW
I’m gay and my current roommate is as well we prefer another male roommate as we keep a laid back and informal feel to the place we are both professionals I work from home for the MTA my roommate works security so he works odd hours and isn’t home often and we each have a cat, fellow cat owners are welcome, we all pitch in to keep the place tidy and for household supplies the rent for the room is $1,200 per month
The room is about 8 x 15 and fits a full size bed nicely and there is no closet in the room but there is an upright dresser you may use aside from the chest of drawers the room is UN furnished.
One month’s rent and one month security are necessary to move in. and I would like to see proof of employment if possible ,we’re looking for someone who intends to stay at LEAST one calendar year !
