My roommate of 5 years recently moved out of our spacious, sny 2BR apartment on the grod floor across the street from Prospect Park, so I’m looking for someone to fill his space as soon as possible.

The spot is ideal–that’s why I’m renewing the lease without him.
The location is near the BQ and S, which makes the 2345 / AC easily accessible. There’s a quality grocery store nearby and some nice restaurants in the area. The best part, though, is the park. It’s right there!
I’m a 32-year-old easy-going guy working as a full-time artist and content creator. I’m clean, quiet, and usually busy with work or rning. Of course, it would be great to pair with someone who can also be friends, but I’m open to anyone who is considerate and respectful. Depending on the situation, I’m also open to a couple sharing the room since there’s a good amot of space here.
