I have been welcoming renters into my home, primarily from Europe for well over a decade and I hope some travelers might want to stay in August in NYC!

My apartment which is on the top floor of an elevator building in the heart of the East Village, near all transportation, restaurants and bars, is drenched with s during the day. There are windows in every room…even the bathroom which is rare in NYC:). And you can sneak up to the roof and take in the views of the city!
There is a large living room, eat in kitchen with everything you would need as well as the guest bedroom, which has a double size bed and a large desk if anyone needs to do any work. Wifi, TV etc all included of course.
I will ask anyone interested in renting to agree to a zoom call, some I.D. shown during the call and 50% down prior to arrival.
I promise, you could not be in a more popular and happening neighborhood where you can get to anywhere fast in Manhattan or even the boroughs!
