I have a large room available , off montrose L stop , also less than 10 min walk to G and M trains . Very convenient location , about 15 min walk to wlmsbg.
The room is very spacious , tall ceilings , full size closet comes furnished with a bed . There is ladry machine in the apt , however no dryer , would need to get a little clothing rack for drying. There’s central A/C and heat.
It is a two bedroom apartment , you would be sharing it with a laid back roomie in her mid thirties, creative type , work in the restaurant industry to pay the bills.
