I am subleasing a bedroom (13’x 9’) in my two-bedroom apartment in Astoria, Queens. The bedroom is equipped with a standing GE portable room air conditioner. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room (also furnished) will be shared. The apartment is an 8 min. walk from N/W trains and close to supermarkets, ladromats, bars, and restaurants.
MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS:
$1200 Security deposit for one person or $1800 for two people.
$1200 Monthly sublet rent for one person or $1800 for two people (plus utilities).
The first month may be prorated from the move-in date.
