– Current available days in February: full month available, and $1700 (+$100 utilities) if rented for full month
– Current available days in March: full month available, and $1900 (+$100 utilities) if rented for full month
– Current available days in April: full month available, and $2000 (+$100 utilities) if rented for full month
The available room is upstairs:
– Dedicated workstation
– 50 inch TV with Roku
– Washer and dryer IN the apartment!
– The apartment has centralized AC/heating
– Very fast internet (300 mbps)
– If you have a car, there is convenient street parking
The neighborhood is really convenient, everything you need is within a short walk’s distance. There’s a 24/7 Planet Fitness just arod the corner, cozy bars and restaurants, several grocery store options (a new supermarket that’s a block away, and a Food Bazaar and a health food store about 7-10 min walk away), and a Walgreens 2 blocks away.
