I have a large room available in a floor-length apartment on St Marks Place between 3rd and 4th Avenues in a supremely convenient location 4 blocks from Atlantic-Barclays. Happy to let out for weeklong intervals or longer.. whatever might be of use within that span. It’s available from now to February 15. The room borders the courtyard and 17 feet long and 9 1/2 feet long for most of its size (6 1/2) for the remainder. It features a large closet with additional space above. It is fully furnished. It has a bed, dresser, desk, chairs, lamps, and more. There’s additional spare furniture in a storage room if needed. Any of this furniture that is not of use can also be shifted.
There’s a multitude of space in the kitchen, and a relatively new dishwasher.
A perk of the building is a large courtyard, which you can access directly via fire escape. There’s a door and staircase to the courtyard from my room, which is obviously open whenever I’m not asleep. The attraction of this space might be lesser in winter, but one never knows!
I’ve lived here for over 10 years and have been very pleased as a tenant.
The rent includes all costs.
Coin-operated ladry machines are in basement of building.
I’m a male freelance writer, a 40 and work from “home” although I usually don’t actually spend most of my workday at home.
Things are generally very quiet more than a handful of guests over only very intermittently.
