$3100 a month (for all of August)
$1500 for two weeks
$1000 for 1 week
$500 security deposit.

This is perfect for a family or someone new to the city, visitors/family in town, or someone who has temporary work in the city.
Sheets, pillows, blankets, and bath towels can be provided upon request.
Large kitchen is a great space to cook in and is separate from the adjoined dining and living room areas.
The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Brooklyn right on the Park Slope/Prospect Heights border. Close walk to Vanderbilt Ave, Atlantic Terminal and Park Slope. Two blocks from Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn Library, and the best part of the neighborhood, Prospect Park! Tons of cool restaurants (all types of cuisine), bars, and shops right outside your door. Many grocery stores are easily accessible (including a 24 hour one).
Transportation: The apt is across the street from the express B/Q 7th Ave subway stop It is also a 2 block walk to 2/3 train Grand Army Plaza subway stop. Subway ride into Manhattan is 15 mins. Street parking is available.
Very easy and f walk to the following neighborhoods: Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill and Crown Heights.
No pets allowed in the apartment or building.
Must be willing to sign a sublease agreement.

Rental requirements:
Require a government issued ID, Linkedin or social profile, a reference from a previous landlord or roommate (landlord preferred), payment full rent for duration of stay and security deposit due before August 1st. A standard lease agreement will also be prepared for the duration and must be signed beforehand.
