A nice and quiet apartment close to the lake. It’s a 5 minute drive from Target, Aldi, and a 10 min drive downtown. The apartment includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. I recently renovated the apartment and it’s in great condition. This is a 1st floor apartment that is attached but closed off from the main house. All appliances are covered expect for electricity and trash. Tenants receive free WiFi and parking. I am looking for neat, quiet, and respectful tenants.
