Two-1.25 acre lots, one improved w/water (10/23), electric and sewer (06/24). A 24’x30’ fodation for a monolithic pad is in place with plumbing, insulation and tubing for floor heat. The fodation forms need to be reworked as my contractor sucked! It’s salvageable but I’ve lost interest. The drain line id installed and connected to the septic tank. Drainage pipe and stone is in place arod formed pad. I’d like to sell it all to include a 40’ 2017 Drv 5th wheel that’s been well maintained and is on site being lived in while house is being built. Also a 2012 f350 dually that has recently been deleted of the DEF system, 275,000 miles and going strong, she’s been a good trk. I have the floor plan for the house which is a one bedroom, one bath, utility room and open kitchen/living concept, the stamped drawing for the fodation (as required), property was surveyed last year. I also have doors (int/ext), ceramic tile for the bed, bath & utility room, tile for the planned 4’x5’ walk-in shower, a clawfoot tub and all the decorative plumbing and such for it. There’s 8’x10’ hand built shed w/insulated floor and electric, a second 8’x14’ soft side shed. Craftsman riding mower w/2 wagons, 8’x8’ raised garden bed, a small pond. Improved property is on a side hill with 4 “landings” with the upper most level where the planned house was to be built, a short distance off road but very secluded and private, 1.5 miles from state rte 19, within 7 miles of state forest land for hting and generous neighbors in the past. Also on site is a plumbed-in spring to a yard hydrant that I used for several yrs prior to having the well drilled. The lot is absolutely adorable but it’s just not coming together for me. If the trk and trailer is wanted that naturally will change the price. Take a look, it’s truly cute.
