Includes internet, AC and TV, electricity average $100-$150 , can be taken out of deposit. Non-smoker, 1 person or couple only, working professionals, no loud music, parties. The black and blue sofa bed turns into a loger or queen size comfortable bed that can easily fit 2 adults.
