Available January for semester lease (or semester plus summer), for 1 person only. Sorry, but no pets are allowed and no smoking.

All utilities included (heat, hot water, electricity, internet, trash). Rent is $975 per month. Security deposit, lease, and references (housing and work) required.
Typically rented to visiting scholars. This is a quiet space in the cotry, 10 minutes drive from the west side of Ithaca (up Rt. 89 along the lake). CAR REQUIRED, NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE AREA.
Fully furnished including bedding/towels, decorated. THERE IS NO FULL KITCHEN. There is a food prep area with a microwave, coffee maker, freezer, and refrigerator. Most buy frozen meals from Trader Joe’s and keep in the standalone freezer. This is a SCENT-FREE household, no scented bath products, sprays, incense, no candles, and no smoking.
Park in covered barnport. House is on 20 acres with mown paths.
The apartment is attached to the back of the house, with a private deck. 4 steps up to the deck and 1 step in. It is not handicap accessible. Fully separate it from the rest of the house. The house is occupied by 1 very quiet person.
