Hello! My family and I have a spare room with a private entrance, right by Cooper Park, between Grand and Graham stops off the L.

About the room:
The Room is big enough for a bed and a couch, no closet, but comes with a wardrobe and cubby space if wanted. The apartment is a 3-bedroom 1 bath with a big backyard. We stay 1 one bedroom and have a home office in the other.
About us:
My Wife and I are in our 30s, and we have a yog daughter (age 2). We have 2 small pets, a chihuahua and an indoor-outdoor cat. We both work freelance in commercial photography. Typically, one of us is home with our daughter during the week. We like art and movies and working in our backyard.
Who we are looking for:
Preferably a female roommate in their 30’s, small dogs are ok but must meet first.
