my last roommate was always late on bills and rent caused me no end to anxiety/disability reasons, but now that I work full time I can afford to look for a live in helper ( rent controlled condo ) ps, I’m fine sharing the household duties together if you prefer to chip in once every two weeks when it’s my turn.
Please be of similar age? Or at least close to it for Birds of a feather..
