I have 2bd house in cotry (Cold Brook, Town of Russia, NY, about (20 miles) 25 minutes north from Utica, NY)

House include huge private backyard and huge parking lot, all furniture and appliances, washer and dryer are included.
I’m willing to rent it to someone that going to good take care it and be responsible and respectful of this properly and surroding area arod it. I’m renting it for $500 monthly only because the tenant will be responsible to clean snow of the roof if needed and driveway wintertime, cut grass, and do basic repairs on the house if needed.
I’m not in need to rent it, but I will do it for right candidates.
House is located in cotry, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Note: House also have addition, used for storage that include 2 huge rooms and 1 small storage room that will be available for tenant to use for additional small fee if needed, to after emptying out and cleaned.
