It’s docked at marina 59 in far Rockaway. Two blocks from the A train 4 blocks from beach.
She’s adorable, in great shape, and is totally livable.
There is currently no toilet installed in the bathroom but there could be. There is one in the marina a two minute walk up the dock with hot showers as well. There is rning hot water, a shower, a sink a mini kitchen, refrigerator and electricity on the boat however.
The marina has facilities there are monthly dock fees aka rent (bathroom and shower)
Let me know if you want to come see her! It’s a great option for minimal investment to live cheap in NYC!
