Well, first of all thanks for checking out my listing. I believe kindness cots in this world. I have met some great people on CL, and if your looking at this to get a girlfriend or FWB-this is not your ad.

I having been living uptown for awhile, but really miss the parts of the city closer to Central Park,
I am low maintenance looking for an furnished room, or even small studio. I am single, no pets and a non smoker. I am super clean and pay rent on time. I am quiet, but happy to have conversations with my housemate, Of course, I have references. I am moving on November 30. If you or someone you know has space, please feel free to reach out to me.
