Hi my name is Robert. I am hard working man clean man who is recently separated from my wife and looking to rent a private room. I am looking to pay 200-250 weekly or 800-1000 monthly, negotiable. I am quiet and work over ten hours daily with comute, I am really just looking for a place to be quiet, watch tv, rest my head and get my life back together after a bad break-up. The room can be small, it doesn’t have to be fancy. I am an older person who lives my life outside of my home. I have rented a room before and I am ok with not bringing people over, keeping my room clean, the bathroom cleaned and light cooking once or twice a week for the week would be a fine with me, for health reasons, if it is ok with the renter otherwise I am fine with making other food arrangements.
