Solid stick built 1850, originally schoolhouse turned home. Drilled well, no septic, no amenities, open palette. I drew up some designs. 4 beds and 1.¾ bath was going to be our finished home, but I got sick and can no longer do the work. The list of included materials I have purchased for the design is in the pics. Estimated value based on finished designs is over $80k. The property is 49.5’x49.5′. Cannot implement regular leech field septic due to lot size. There are options, similar to properties on the waterfront, waste water treatment system (I will provide the link) or pump able tanks.
