I’m an experienced handyman looking for a ique rental arrangement. My goal is to rent an entire house for at least one year, where I can apply my skills to improve the property, both inside and out, in exchange for reduced rent.

What I Offer:
General repairs and preventative maintenance
Kitchen & bathroom improvements
Interior upgrades (painting, drywall, flooring, fixtures)
Exterior repairs (decks, fencing, siding, roofing patches)
Landscaping and curb appeal enhancements
Reliable upkeep, so the home is consistently cared for and improved
What I’m Looking For:
A single-family home to rent and maintain (not just a room)
A 1-year lease
A fair arrangement where rent is reduced in exchange for ongoing improvements and upgrades
Preferred Areas:
Pleasantville, Chappaqua, Briarcliff, Thornwood, Valhalla, Hawthorne, or Mt. Kisco
This could be a win–win: you get a reliable tenant who treats your house like his own and invests sweat equity into making it better, while I get a place to call home at a manageable rent.
