Looking for a roommate to share our loft space preferably for a year, but open to a shorter stay for at least 6 months.

Single occupancy only please-no couples! This is a furnished room with a lofted platform where the queen bed is, a desk & chair, an armchair and side table, and a chest of drawers. This room does not have a window! However the common area has a huge wall of windows and there’s plenty of places to sit so you will have no shortage of natural light available to you.
The kitchen is open and easy to use, we have a balcony, a projector, and tons of plants. There are three of us living here: a movement therapist, a glassblower, and a notary for comic book sales. There are also two small and adorable older lady cats(they stay out of everybody’s rooms) that loge arod all day in s spots. We are not open to any additional pets, sorry!
Located a 5 min walk from the G train and about 12-15 min walk to the L, we’re super close to the Greenpoint parks and surroded by gyms, bodegas, and cool shops.
Rent is $1200, all utilities included. Move in is prorated for the month + 1 month security deposit-and the room is available now! We also ask that everybody clean up after themselves, and pitch in with commal cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen as needed. Come join us!
