I have a furnished bedroom available from Feb 24-March 28 in my very sny 2BR Carroll Gardens apartment 2 BLOCKS from the F/G train at Carroll Street!
*Possibility to start a few days earlier and/or stay longer.
The space has an open layout living room/dining room and a skylight in the bathroom. The bedroom has a large closet. The 2 bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment which provides great privacy. I provide furniture, towels, sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wifi, and lots of tea! 🙂 The apartment is a 3rd floor corner it and gets tons of light.
There is only one other apartment in the whole building and the neighborhood is a dream! It feels like a small, quaint town inside of Brooklyn with fast transport right to the city (only 4 train stops to the Lower East Side!). There are tons of restaurants, coffee shops, parks (Carroll Park, Cobble Hill Park, Prospect Park), book stores (Books Are Magic), grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Sahadi’s), and tons of local spots including a 24hr deli and ladromat across the street!
