I’m offering a large, private, furnished bedroom with a double bed in my historic brownstone duplex apartment in Bed-Stuy for a short-term stay between July 13 and August 17. It’s a 3-bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms, a deck, and a small garden. One very sweet cat lives here too.

The room overlooks the leafy trees of the backyards — peaceful and quiet — and has a window AC it to keep you cool. Internet and all utilities are included.
The neighborhood is lovely, just two blocks from Saratoga Park, surroded by great restaurants and coffee shops. You’re near the C and J trains, and close to Bushwick.
Rent is $400 per week, with a minimum stay of two weeks. If you rent the full five weeks, I’ll give you a 10% discot.
