Looking for a tenant for my recently renovated apartment in the heart of Brooklyn, close to Prospect Park, steps from A/C and S trains, 15 minutes to Manhattan. High ceilings, lots of light, central AC and control over the heat (so rare for NYC apartments), dishwasher, and new appliances. Both bedrooms are in the back with huge windows facing the backyard. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub, and the best shower water pressure I’ve ever had in NYC. And the front room and kitchen make it easy to cook and relax, though why bother when you’re steps away from some of the best bars, restaurants, and venues in the world!
