My home has a smaller finished garage room which is about 110 sq ft. The rooms stands separate from my own living space to allow you to come and go as you please without disrupting the flow of my world. I have been trading the use of this room for years to people who were interested in creating that kind of transaction.
I do not limit myself by looking for anything in particular and simply ask those who are interested to let me know what services and skill sets they are willing to offer in exchange. And when I find a good fit,… I go with that offer.
I’ve had personal assistants, tradesmen, authors, graphic designers, landscapers, massage therapists, content creators, childcare, housekeeping, and even a few who were retired and on SSI or disability who were just trying to save some money for a time.
If interested, please derstand that I conduct interviews via email first, til I identify terms worthy of a phone call or an in person meeting. If you take issue with the way I choose to do things, then you shouldn’t even waste your time. Simply acknowledge the lack of compatibility and reach out to those willing to accommodate your special requests. I’m not that guy, sorry.
When I r into people who try to press me to make decisions quickly based on their own instability… They disqualify themselves as a result.
