Hello! I’ll be subletting my room February 1st-April 1st while I’m away (I will be leaving before the end of February if you’re looking for an earlier move). Ideal for someone between spaces or just arriving in the city with not too much stuff, although all the clothes/electronics/clutter you see in the pictures will be gone. The room has nice windows with great morning light. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Open to all good peoples (we are 20s-30s artists but you don’t have to be), we like to create a nice sanctuary from the busy city. The neighborhood is great, 4 blocks from Mcgolrick Park, restaurants, bars, ladry, coffee, groceries and all the good things. 10-15 minute walk to the Graham L or Nassau G, but there’s bus stops at each end of the block that take you to either place. I’d be leaving my plants in your care (mostly succulents). 1200/month, 2400 total with utilities/internet included.
