Hello! I am searching for a mature working professional, that is kind, clean, considerate, respectful, responsible, chill, and like-minded to share my modern luxury 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment in Central Harlem. The room is currently empty and ideally, I would need someone to move in ASAP. Moving costs include the first months rent and one months security deposit. I have an adorable 14 year old puggle as well, so the ideal roommate must love dogs.

The spacious modern fully furnished bedroom, has ample closet space and its own private full bathroom attached to it. The living room is very large and has a large deck off of it as well. The apartment is right next to the 2,3,4,5, and 6 trains which makes commuting arod the city ideal. There is a Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS, and a ton of restaurants and businesses all within a block away as well. Sorry no couples will be considered for the room.
