Same sf and space as flexed 2 bedrooms in Stuytown. Only difference is wall got taken down and replaced with a curtain. Priced accordingly .
Opposite wall has a huge window with obstructed tranquil views – size of entire wall. Room features art, full size bed, nightstand, dresser, additional storage, loge chair, carpets and you get use of the coat closet in entrance of apartment.
Utilities included + free WiFi & Cable!
Rental term: 3 month for us both to see if we vibe. Longer term available afterwards.
