I am renting my room out for close to a month, between . If you have other preferred dates near that time period, please specify and I can let you know if it works. Pretty reasonable cost compared to a hotel!

Location
– Extremely close restaurants, theaters, groceries, many buses, many trains (6, L, F, R, W), and there are two Citibike stations on the corner of the block. Easy to access across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
– Lots of artistic vibes and night life, murals, places to write, art meetups/clubs, bookstores, etc.
– Tompkins Square Park is down the street …great for daily walks! Also has a lovely dog park.
– Close to several NYU buildings and hospitals
– Generally pretty safe
– Walking distance to Soho, West Village, Lower East Side, Chinatown, Little Italy, and otherwise extremely easy to get everywhere else in Manhattan

– Fairly large
– Nearly brand new luxury Queen mattress and adjustable bed frame
– 60 inch Flat Screen Smart TV with many channels (the picture has the old TV, the new one is bigger)
– Electric piano keyboard and guitar
– Two windows
– Standing desk and office chair
The shower and sink are in our apartment, but our *private and locked* toilet is in the hallway (its only for my apartment, no one else has access). That’s NYC for ya, but I promise the location beatable.
