UPDATE: I have had easily over fifty inquiries, and I would estimate every nine out of ten of those inquiries are asking about allowing pets. I had a VERY negative experience with a previous tenant who had dogs, which is why I have it listed as no pets now. I may make an exception for an exceptional tenant with great references and who is willing to pay an additional security deposit for their pet(s).
